Our Story
Helping Waukesha County Children Since 1949
Since 1949, the Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County has been promoting and coordinating the giving to families in need during the Christmas season. We provide a clearinghouse that matches families with area groups, families, businesses, and individuals who wish to help people less fortunate in our community. In 2019, we coordinated giving to more than 1,900 families and nearly 4,300 children in Waukesha County.

How Does CCC Work?
Why Help?
Families in need of our services apply and must provide proof of income, residence, and placement of children. Families facing sudden hardship may be considered for services as well. We work closely with other Christmas giving programs, such as the Salvation Army, to prevent duplication of giving.
Families that qualify may receive help through either sponsorship or our toy shop.
CCC helps to relieve family stress and make sure children are not forgotten during the gift-giving season. Our program builds a spirit of community giving among youth groups, organizations, families, and individuals, builds awareness of need, and promotes volunteerism.
