Our Story
Helping Waukesha County Children Since 1949
Since 1949, the Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County has been promoting and coordinating the giving to families in need during the Christmas season. We provide a clearinghouse that matches families with area groups, families, businesses, and individuals who wish to help people less fortunate in our community. In 2019, we coordinated giving to more than 1,900 families and nearly 4,300 children in Waukesha County.

In 2024 there are many creative ways to help CCC:
-
Gather your friends, youth groups, clubs, or co-workers, and sponsor a family (or multiple families).
-
Host a penny drive, casual day, or holiday-themed party with your organization or business and donate the proceeds to CCC.
-
Add some “sparkle” to your summer by hosting a “Jingle in July” party to collect funds, gift cards, or toys for CCC.
-
Organize a gift card collection at your business, church, or organization.
-
Challenge five of your friends, family members, or co-workers to donate instead of a holiday gift exchange.
-
Make handmade cards for CCC to distribute to families. For more information, call our office after Oct. 11 or email anytime at info@christmasclearingcouncil.org.
-
Follow CCC on Facebook and Instagram and share our posts.
-
Explore the opportunity to share your talents and experience with CCC. Contact us at info@christmasclearingcouncil.org to learn more.
